How is the time counted?
The clock only starts when you send your first question. Before that, you can come in, breathe and think about what you want to know without paying for it. It stops when you end the reading. If you go 2 minutes without writing anything, it pauses on its own and only starts again when you continue. The screen always shows how much time your credit still covers.
Do I have to use all my credit at once?
No. Whatever is left stays saved in your account and never expires. You can use a little today and the rest another day, with any reader you like.
What if the reading doesn't open or my internet goes down?
If the reading doesn't arrive, whatever was charged since your question goes back to your credit automatically. If your internet goes down, the clock stops counting within a few seconds.
