1. What Mesa Aberta is

Mesa Aberta is a website for tarot readings by the minute, run by (a preencher antes de publicar), CNPJ (a preencher antes de publicar). By creating your account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use it

• Only people 18 years old or older.
• The account is personal, and the details you register with must be true. Your WhatsApp number is what identifies your account when you log in, and your date of birth is used in the reading.
• You are in charge of your password. Anything done with it is treated as done by you.

3. How a reading works

You choose the profile you want to read with. Each profile has its own way of reading and a member of the Mesa Aberta team responsible for it, who follows the readings. You write your question in the chat, the cards are drawn on the spot, and the reading is prepared with the help of the house reading system, based on your question, on what you shared in the conversation and on your sign. The team can join the conversation when needed.

Tarot is a path of guidance, reflection and self-knowledge. A reading does not guarantee future events, does not decide for you and does not replace a doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial advice. The decisions you make are yours.

4. Credit, price and how time is counted

• Your balance is credit in reais (R$) and never expires. Top-ups with a bonus show the bonus before you pay.
• Each profile has its own price per minute, shown on the card and on the profile before you start. That price holds until the end of the reading.
• During the reading, credit is charged for the time it is in progress, at the price of the profile you chose.
• Time only starts counting when you send the first question of each reading.
• If you go 2 minutes without writing and with no reading coming in, the time pauses on its own. It starts counting again when you continue.
• If your connection drops or you close the page, the time stops counting within 20 seconds.
• If a reading does not arrive because of a fault on our side, the amount charged since your question goes back to your credit automatically.
• You can end the reading at any time. Whatever is left stays in your account.

5. Payment

Payment is made by Pix, processed by XGate. The credit is added to your account as soon as the bank confirms the payment. We do not charge any extra fee beyond the top-up amount.

6. Refunds

The rules for returns are in the Refund Policy. In short: within 7 days of the top-up, the amount you paid and did not use is returned in cash.

7. Sensitive topics

Questions about health, pregnancy, court cases or money receive a reading of guidance, never a diagnosis, legal opinion or investment recommendation. 8. What is not allowed

• Insulting, harassing or threatening the team.
• Using the chat for scams, illegal content or to try to harm another person.
• Trying to get around the billing or payment system.

In these cases we may end the reading and suspend the account. The amount paid and not used is returned, except in cases of fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is important, we will announce it on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the last update.
